Description

Users cannot download the attachment in Secure Mail, and we see the below errors:
"The size exceeds the limit set by your Organization's security policies."

Resolution

Users need to check related ActiveSync limit on Exchange Server with their administrators, for example:

1. In the console tree, navigate to Organization Configuration > Client Access.
2. In the result pane, click the Exchange ActiveSync Mailbox Policies tab
3. Use the Sync Settings tab to specify a variety of Synchronization specific settings.
