VDA machine stuck at Initializing in the Citrix Studio

Description
VDA machines stuck at Initializing
Checked the services
Found the Citrix ICA service is stopped
When attempt to start it fails with generic Error 1607 : The process terminated unexpectedly
Checked the event logs found the error that ICA client service failed due to Access is denied
No errors related to access is denied could be found in Procmon
Resolution
Remove the NTAuthority\Localservice (SID) from the local administrators Group
Start the Citrix ICA service
Refresh the Citrix studio
VDA should be showing up as registered
Start the Citrix ICA service
Refresh the Citrix studio
VDA should be showing up as registered
Problem Cause
NTAuthority\Localservice (SID) becomes a part of the local administrators and stops the Citrix ICA client service with the error message Access deniedIssue/Introduction
VDA machines stuck at Initializing
In the services console we can find the Citrix ICA service stopped and will not be able to start it
