Description
Symptoms as one of below whem importing a sdtid file:
1. Receiver failed to import the token in Android Receiver
2. Unable to import RSA Soft token - "Invalid Password" error
Resolution
Uninstall the old version and reinstall 3.11 then try below steps:
1. Ask the administrator of the server to generate an sdtid file with password option.
2. Install a 3rd party file explorer in the device.
3. Open the sdtid file (open with Citrix receiver)
4. Receiver prompts for the password of the sdtid file.
5. Enter the password.
6. It works now
Or if the token has been imported, try below steps
1. Open the Receiver again.
2. Go to settings-
3. You will see an extra column named "Token management", That will show you the details of the token and and also will give you the option to delete the token. Delete it then try to import it again.
Problem Cause
Some exceptions in the interface importTokenFromFile of Java library SecurIDLib.jar lead to this symptoms.
