• Check if Vmware is the Hypervisor used
• Check the URL configured under Configuration > Hosting on the studio
• If HTTPS is used for the Hypervisor connection, download and install the VMware certificate as suggested in https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX238398
• If a valid certificate is already installed for the hosting connection, fetch the SSL thumbprint on the Delivery Controller PowerShell by running the cmdlet Get-Item xdhyp://connections/<myconnection>
  • If the SSL Thumbprint doesn't match the thumbprint of the installed certificate, you will have to update it as per Method 2 in https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX224551/delivery-controller-cannot-contact-vcenter-server-after-certificate-update-on-vcenter
