Description
Registration state on Studio shows up as "Registration missing" and Fault state as "Stuck on Boot" however the machine status would be displayed as Registered
Environment

Resolution
Set the below key on each Delivery Controllers in the Site.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Citrix\DesktopServer\MaxTimeBeforeStuckOnBootFaultSecs
DWORD Value: 500
Default value is 300 seconds. This can be further increased if issue is not resolved.

Problem Cause
After a machine is rebooted it waits for a HCL notification to confirm that the VM tools are installed or not. If this notification wait times out it causes the machine to set its status as Stuck on boot.
