Description

Reviewing the CDF provided evidence that there is a mismatch on encryption with CDF information logged below.

Wrap_CfgCheckMinEncryptionSettings: Client Encryption Level 1
Wrap_CfgCheckMinEncryptionSettings: Application Encryption Level 0
Wrap_CfgCheckMinEncryptionSettings: User Policy Encryption Level 40
Wrap_CfgCheckMinEncryptionSettings: Encryption Level too low (1 < 40), access denied.

Resolution

The logged CDF data is misleading because the CDF notes *User Policy* as requesting higher encryption..

Wrap_CfgCheckMinEncryptionSettings: User Policy Encryption Level 40

However the Studio policy for SecureICA was set to basic.  The cause of the issue is Enable Secure ICA in the Delivery Group.  In Studio, select a Delivery Group to edit, and select the User Settings tab.  In the User Settings tab uncheck Enable Secure ICA. (not reboot required - setting will have affect on next launch attempt)

After unchecking the Enable Secure ICA users are able successfully launch from the native Receiver for Windows and Mac Receiver clients.

Problem Cause

Encryption mismatch.

Issue/Introduction

Launch failure where after application enumeration occurs as expect, but when use selects to launch a published desktop Receiver displays connecting gray window and closes without an error and fails to launch published desktop.
