Description
While upgrading from 7.9 to 7.12 the executable launches the window and freezes at the screen where you choose what you want to upgrade.
Resolution
Copy the software locally to the C drive of the machine and try installing or upgrading again.
Problem Cause
Install being run from a UNC path.
Issue/Introduction
XenApp\XenDesktop Install\Upgrade Hangs or freeze. While upgrading from 7.9 to 7.12 and soon as he runs the executable the screen comes up and then where you select what you want to upgrade it hangs.
