Customer tried to to open studio and received an error stating "Valid Delivery Controller services were not found at the specified location. Reason Database could not be contacted. Check the status of the database on the SQL Server. The database server may bot be allowing remote connections, make sure the database server is setup correctly and that the firewall is not blocking the connections.

Bring up a new environment as we are not able to connect to the current DB.

Problem Cause

Delivery Controller server was removed the from the domain and then joined back which gave the machine a new SID causing the account not to be able to connect to the database.
