Description

When ICA session have access latency eg: When you scroll in an application the page will scroll slowly as compared to the input.

Resolution

  1. Launch Studio and go to the policies tab.
  2. Create a new policy or edit an existing one.
  3. Search for the below policies and apply them: 
    1. Desktop composition Redirection - Disabled 
    2. Display Memory Limit - Value: 131072
    3. Policy Legacy Graphics - Enabled

Problem Cause

Heavy Graphics cause the issue depending on Network being used.
