When connecting via NetScaler the "Remember Password" Checkbox will not show up

This is by design. For security purposes the "Remember Password" option is disabled and will always be disabled when connecting through the NetScaler. Values such as "AllowSavedPwd" options set on the Citrix Receiver and "EnableSavedPassword" set in the config file of StoreFront will be disregarded.

Problem Cause

Customer is connecting through a NetScaler in order to get to the other domain. It is documented that for security reasons if you are connecting through a NetScaler\Gateway you will not be able to save the password so that option will not show up. This setting is only for internal connections.
