Resolution

Check the metadata of catalog by using the following commands :

$a = Get-BrokerCatalog -name "<>"
$a.MetaDataMap

We would find a key value pair in meta data for App Orchestration - Key = ExternallyManaged ; Value = CTX138771

To remove the metadata from catalog, run the following command :

Remove-BrokerCatalogMetaData -InputObject $a -Name "ExternallyManaged"

XD PowerShell objects that could be altered by App Orchestration in this manner include the following:

• The XD Site PowerShell object.

• The single HostingUnit PowerShell object.

• The single HypervisorConnection PowerShell object.

• 2 Catalog PowerShell objects.

• All DesktopGroup PowerShell objects.

• All AssignmentPolicyRule PowerShell objects.

• All Machine PowerShell objects.

• All Application PowerShell objects.

• The single EntitlementPolicyRule PowerShell object

To remove MetaData from the BrokerConnection use the cmdlet:
Remove-BrokerHypervisorConnectionMetaData

To removed for machine :
Remove-BrokerMachineMetaData

To remove meta data from BrokerEntitlementPolicyRule :
Remove-BrokerEntitlementPolicyRuleMetaData

To remove metadata from Delivery Group:
Remove-BrokerDesktopGroupMetaData

Problem Cause

Issue caused by metadata added to the BrokerCatalog by App Orchestration.
