While evaluating XenMobile with Secure Web with PAC File, Webproxy (after reading the PAC file) request Authentication, but it seems that Secure Web does not provide authentication.

Therefore we get an Authentication failure from the Webproxy on the webpage of the Proxy within Secure Web. MDX Setting is Full Tunnel Mode and Web password caching is activated.
 

Resolution

Execute the following command from NetScaler shell (nsapimgr_wr.sh –ys call=ns_sso_ntlm_use_ntdomain). 

Problem Cause

Proxy server returning http 407 errors.
NetScaler forwarding user domain as "NETSCALER".
