This article describes how to configure NetScaler EPA expression to validate if "Windows Update" date of client machine is within a specific time period.
Note: The NetScaler should be running version 11.1 as this feature is not present in builds prior to 11.1 builds.


Instructions

Complete the following steps to configure NetScaler EPA expression to validate if "Windows Update" date of client machine is within a specific time period.

  1. Go to NetScaler Gateway > Policies > Preauthentication/Session policy > OPSWAT Editor > Select Windows > Windows Update > Last Update Check > Select “<” or “<=” > Specify the number of days.
    In the following example, we have configured to check if the Windows update date of client machine is be within 30 days.

  2. Bind this preauthentication policy to required Gateway virtual server.
