Description
Resolution
To resolve this check that the 443 binding is present with correct certificate.
Certificate is placed in Personal store.
If certificate is not present in Personal store, import it there.
Problem Cause
This can happen due to following things:1.Either IIS Default Web Site doesn't have a 443 binding, or if it has there is no certificate selected there.
2.The Certificate is imported in Web Hosting Store of Certificate rather than Personal Store.
