NetScaler Gateway: Killing aaa session is not clearing active sessions.

Description
When we have around 1000 active users , trying to kill sessions using kill aaa sessions -all endsup doing nothing.
Running second time gives the following error
> kill aaa session -all
ERROR: Another kill command in progress
> 
Resolution
This issue is resolved in 11.0 65.x.
