XAPI keeps maintenance mode long time after restarting XenServer every time. This issue is happening from XenServer env was configured first.

XAPI can't create network connection to other pool member and xenbr0 raise a network error.

1. Separate XenServer management interface from storage interface.
2. If separated management interface can't resolve this issue, then try to use Linux bridge in order to check if OVS is not correct.

Problem Cause

XAPI initialization failed when XenServer tried to create XAPI connection with other pool members.
