Requirement : Allow Password Change on netscaler
Resolution
- Configure LDAP server with SSL and port 636 on netscaler.
- AD server should listen on port 636 and it should open on the firewall.
- AD server should have certificate as well so as to complete SSL handshake.
Problem Cause
LDAP server configured with Plaintext so no option for "Allow Password Change"
