Description

The below Group Policy has been configured but still while trying to shadow a ICA session via Citrix Director, Administrator needs to wait for user's Consent.

Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Remote Desktop Services > Remote Desktop Session Host > Connections
Policy: Set rules for remote control of Remote Desktop Services user sessions
Value: Enable, Full control without user's permission

Resolution

This is not possible by design while using Citrix Director for shadowing ICA session on 7.x. However, as a workaround you may try to use session recording server which has the option to start recording the user session without any prompt shown.
