"Microsoft Word" crashes in XenDesktop

Description
When in an ICA session, if we close Microsoft Word, Excel or PowerPoint, we receive an error message stating that it could not be closed. While connecting via console, locally or via RDP, the error does not occur.
Resolution
Known issue - Receiver 4.3 fixes this issue.
Problem Cause
It is a know issue with older version of Receiver.
