Seamless application functions normally on the screen it's launched to, but partially or fully blacks out when moved to another screen.

Resolution

Set all the monitors to the same scaling percentage (Adjust the slider with each monitor selected)
Start > Settings > System > Display

Problem Cause

Windows 10 allows custom scaling settings per monitor, which causes issues with Seamless windows.
