Resolution
1.For Web access mode:
2. For Client Access Mode:Modify Client registration with below instruction http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX136339
a. Open web.config under the StoreWeb directory, e.g.C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Citrix\StoreWeb in a text editor. Locate the line looks like:
b.Change the value of workspaceControl enabled and autoReconnectAtLogon to false to disable workspace control and autoReconnectAtLogon
