Resolution

1. On one of the Delivery Controller open PowerShell and run the below command to load Citrix Modules.
    Asnp Citrix*

2. To allow multiple desktop sessions run the below Powershell command.
    Set-BrokerEntitlementPolicyRule -PublishedName <Published-Desktop-name> -SessionReconnection SameEndpointOnly

3. To allow multiple Application sessions run the below Powershell command.
    Set-BrokerAppEntitlementPolicyRule -Name <Delivery-Group-name> -SessionReconnection SameEndpointOnly

Where "Delivery Group Name" is the name of delivery group where you want to apply the policy and SessionReconnection Value should be "SameEndpointOnly"

4. Set the below Registry key on the VDA
    Path : HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server
    Value name : fSingleSessionPerUser
    Value data : 0

Note :
SessionReconnection Value SameEndpointOnly means :  A user gets a unique session for each client device they use. This completely disables roaming. Users can reconnect only to the same device that was previously used in the session.

Problem Cause

By Default single session limit is enabled in the XD environment 7.x. When a user will roam he/she will be connected to same session from different devices.

Change broker app entitlement policy rule if we want user should be given a new session from different client devices.
