Description
When launching a Desktop VDA session, users will see a grey border around desktop when switching to full screen or opening VDA in full screen.
Resolution
Uninstalled the HDX 3D Pro VDA, and reinstalled with standard. VDA is now opening up in full screen with no issue.
Problem Cause
The VDA software had been installed with HDX 3D Pro enabled. This can cause display issues if there is no GPU present for VDA to utilize.
