Error: "1816 (0x718) ERROR_NOT_ENOUGH_QUOTA - Unknown error" when trying to join XenServer to a Domain

Description
If you are trying to add a Resource pool to to a specific OU in Active Directory you will get the error :
"Could not enable external authentication: 1816 (0x718) ERROR_NOT_ENOUGH_QUOTA - Unknown error"
Resolution
We needs to specify the OU via the XE command.
#xe pool-enable-external-auth auth-type=AD service-name=Name.net config:user=user_name config:pass=password config:ou="OU=XenServers,OU=Servers,DC=valleymed,DC=net"
#xe pool-enable-external-auth auth-type=AD service-name=Name.net config:user=user_name config:pass=password config:ou="OU=XenServers,OU=Servers,DC=valleymed,DC=net"
Problem Cause
It seems the XenCenter Radion Button "Join Domain" is not able to get the details if there are multiple OUsIssue/Introduction
Some times when you are trying to add a Resource pool to a specific OU in AD, it will fail with error "Could-not-enable-external-authentication-1816-0x718-ERROR-NOT-ENOUGH-QUOTA-Unknown-error" from XenCenter.
