Description
When trying to authenticate via a browser to the NetScaler URL, users get the error message:
- HTTP/ 1.1 Gateway Timeout Unable to find the requested server or DNS Error.
Resolution
- Changed ICA Proxy to ON
Problem Cause
In the browser policy, Published Applications > ICA Proxy was set to OFF.
