Latency is observed when accessing ICA sessions through NetScaler Gateway.
Resolution
Complete the following steps to resolve this issue:
- Have a built-in TCP profile for XenApp/XenDesktop environment and ICA protocol based flows.
- Binding nstcp_default_XA_XD_profile improves the performances and resolves the latency issues.
