PVS: 7.1 : KMS is not activating Windows.

1. Remove activation details for windows.

2. Run the following commands in a command prompt.

   1. Net Stop SpPSvc

   2. Del C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareProtectionPlatform\tokens.dat

   3. Net Start SpPSvc

3. Install KMS product key for Windows OS using the below commands:

   1. SlMgr /IPK

   2. SLMGR /ATO

4. Verify if the previous command activates windows. If it does, run the command:
   SlMgr /ReArm

5. Update Inventory and shut down the VM. (Do not restart)

6. Change the vDisk to Standard mode and boot the targets and test. Refer article : https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff793406.aspx
