PVD state is Failed and Registration shows "Agent Error"

Description
Random PVD enabled VDAs have "Agent Error" as their Registration State on the DDCs. At the console of the VMs, we can see the following error "The Personal vDisk cannot start. An internal error occurred while starting the Personal vDisk. Review the Personal vDisk logs for further details."
Resolution
- Uninstall/fully disable the Antivirus software on the image in question
- Apply Windows update them on the Master Image and re-run the inventory.
Problem Cause
Windows was behind on Windows updates and Antivirus was disrupting Personal Vdisk operations.
