Answer: Custom ICA files is no longer supported with XenApp and XenDesktop 7.x refer Citrix Documentation - Features not in this release. However, you can use it in case of an outage of your Controller or StoreFront server. Refer to CTX127392 - How to Create ICA Launch Files for High Availability Mode.
