Issue:
Error while opening a PDF file from Secure Web: "Invalid PDF format."

Resolution

Change the below settings in Secure Web policies:

Disable (Off) the Encryption settings.

Problem Cause

Private and Public encryption on Secure Web makes any file that is downloaded encrypted, therefore it can only be opened in a wrapped reader with the MDX toolkit, for example the wrapped QuickEdit
