Netscaler Gateway is configured with two factor authentication using LDAP and RADIUS.
 
VPN login page of the Gateway gets the focus in User name field automatically [cursor shows up and user can start typing in].
 
After submitting the User name and LDAP password.
 
The page for the RADIUS [second] authentication "Additional Information Required" the field for input does not get focus [cursor does not show up automatically], hence requires all users to click in the field before entering the OTP.
 
Requirement is the cursor to show up automatically in "Additional Information Required" field.
