Description
Users unable to set new (RSA) PIN on Citrix.
Resolution
- Its a known issue, the fix for the issue is available in 11.0, Build:58_2+, /Release:10.5, Build:59+, (Bug D: 574120)
- If customer is not ready for upgrade we can use workaround, Try creating LB VIP:
1. Configure the radius LB VIP
2. Add service or type radius point to RSA radius server
3. Bind it to AG VIP
4. Put the RSA user in pin change mode
5. log-in to ag VIP and try to change the pin
