1. Log on to the server where director is install
2. Open Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager, You can use the inetmgr CMD command.
3. Go to Host Name > sites > Default We Site > Director > Application Settings:

4. Open Service.AutoDiscoveryAddresses to see what Delivery Controllers (DC), Director is configured to use:

• If multiple DC are mention be sure that there are no spaces, and they are separated by a comma (,).
• Verify that Director can reach all the DC’s mention.
• Verify the health of the DC's by running:

The configured Delivery controller is; incorrect, unreachable, or unresponsive.
