Your changes could not be saved due to an invalid configuration of the account store.
Resolution
Solution 1
On client machine: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Citrix\Dazzle
Set AllowAddStore to "A"
or
Remove and re-add the NetScaler to the store.
Solution 2
Create the store on https instead of http.
