PVS 7.6 Target device not responding to boot command from PVS Console
Resolution
- Edit existing host connection on PVS and replace the Vcenter address with the new one (Vcenter 6).
- Boot the migrated VM.
- Revert the host connection to old one(Vcenter 5) and even old VMs should boot fine from the PVS console.
Problem Cause
VM which is migrated to new Vcenter 6 is still pointing to the old Host connetion (Vcenter 5.1) through PVS
