Description
PVS console showing target devices as down, even though it is possible boot and stream to devices. Event logged ID:11 Source: StreamProcess. DbAccess error: <-31758> (in ServerStatusSetContactInfo() called from SSProtocolModule.cpp:2630). SQL DB server is up and accessible.
Resolution
Add permissions for the PVS server machine accounts to the stored procedures and restart the stream services.
Problem Cause
Lack of permissions on the stored procedures is causing the database to cycle between a dboffline/dbonline state which likely causes inconsistencies in the database
