Description
While trying to import/upgrade certificate to XenMobile Server console, gets error as: 'Invalid File format' or 'Configuration error has occurred'
Resolution
* Verify that the certificate being imported has Common Name specified (This primarily applies to SAML certifcates)
* Verify if the root or intermediate certificates are already present on the XMS server.
* If yes, follow either of the solution:
> Delete the Root and Intermediate, if possible and hence import new certificate.
> Export certificate from mmc again without including certificate chain and hence import
* Verify if the root or intermediate certificates are already present on the XMS server.
