XD 7.8 Linux VDA 1.2 on RHEL 7.2 failing to register.
Error Details:
From Linux XDPing: Exception 'Fail worker callback using SPN HOST/xxx.xxx.local and IP address 10.3.XX.XX' of type 'class com.citrix.cds.protocol.controller.registrar.IRegistrarRegisterFaultFaultFaultMessage'.
Resolution
Use Lowercase for host name and Follow the steps:
1. Leave the domain.
2. Change VM hostname.
3. Re-join the domain.
4. Remove the catalog and delivery group in DDC, and re-add them.
5. Restart VDA service or just reboot VM.

Problem Cause
Linux VDA doesn’t support host name using upper cases for Java 1.8 and 1.7.0_101
