After upgrade to Provisioning Server 7.6 a vdisk does not stream to all PVS servers.
Load balancing not is working.

1. Check load balancing on vdisk properties and ensure the problem servers are listed as a choice.
2. Check store properties and ensure that problem servers has access to it.

All servers that are intended to stream the vdisk must have access to the store where vdisk is located. Once that is done vdisk should stream across all servers.
