Description
When attempting to launch an MDX wrapped application, you will receive the error "App Not Available". This error is due to an invalid iOS Public App Store application description. The description that is pre-populated from Public App Store includes a datalink escape character that is not supported by XML 1.0 framework (ASCII 16). The Secure Hub agent is unable to parse through the XML as it is malformed.
You will get one of the following error when launching the application:

Note: The affected application will NOT display within your Store. You will also not be able to edit the affected application within the XenMobile console.
Resolution
Citrix is currently working on a server-side fix for this issue. The fix should be released in the next server-side version.
Note: Currently the following workaround exists:
1. Within the XenMobile console, browse to the affected iOS Public Store application and remove the application.
2. Re-import the affected application inside the console and remove the text within the "Description" field and save the application.
3. Refresh the Store within the Secure Hub client.
4. Re-launch the MDX application again.
If you are still receiving this error after the above workaround, please contact Citrix Technical Support and reference issue #0627059
