Description
- Load balanced application performance issues
- Difficulties connecting to NSIP for management (GUI and CLI)
- HA Failovers due to HA Heartbeats missed
- License shows expired in /var/nslog/license.log
- show license indicates licensed features lost and/or VPX-1 License is present
- Counter incrementing: allnic_err_rl_rate_pkt_drops
Resolution
Replacement of Netscaler platform license will resolve issue.
Problem Cause
Platform license expiration has caused the Netscaler to transition to demo mode (depending on model/platform, limiting all traffic [including management] to a total across all interfaces of less than 1Mbps).
