Resolution
This is known Microsoft issue where DWM spikes. This process is used for Aero. Citrix recommends that DWM service be disabled. Also desktop wallpaper policy, animation policy, view image content while dragging etc.are recommended to be disabled for better performance. These policies tend to use more resources and will slow the performance.
