You can use the Listen Policy feature of Citrix ADC (NetScaler) to use the same IP and FQDN and have selective authentication on the basis of the IP range.
Example: Single authentication for internal users and dual authentication for external users.


Instructions

Considering 10.103.0.0/16 as your internal user’s subnet and 10.104.0.0/16 as external user’s subnet, complete the following steps to configure the Listen Policy:
  1. While creating virtual server (single authentication), click Other Settings.

  2. Enter the internal IP range using expression editor.

  3. Enter a Listen Priority.

  4. Virtual server with same IP and Port.
