Description

  • Prohibit Client Printer Redirection policy is enabled and applied to the correct group
    User-added image
  • Looking in the policy node in the Registry does not show the client printer redirection policy is being applied
    User-added image

Resolution

Move server to an OU without any policies being applied and client printer redirection worked as expected. 

Problem Cause

Microsoft GPO was overriding the Citrix policy.

Issue/Introduction

Enabling the policy to prohibit client printer redirection does not work as expected.
