This article describes how to copy a portal theme from one NetScaler node to another.

Instructions

Complete the following steps to copy a portal theme from one NetScaler node to another:
Note: These steps are applicable only on NetScaler 11.0 and later.

1. Create a custom portal theme on one node using the NetScaler GUI and apply all necessary customization.
2. Using NetScaler GUI create a theme on the other node using the exact same theme name as the first node (syntax matters). You need not create any customization; you should only provide a name.
3. From the source node, copy the directory where the custom theme is located using WinSCP. The portal themes are located in /var/netscaler/logon directory.
4. Paste this directory in the same location on the other node. It should ask you to overwrite the existing directory, if it does not then refer to Step 2.
5. Bind this theme to NetScaler Gateway server.
