Description
After upgrading to the latest version of NetScaler, the file system is shown as full. Unable to import certificates to the device because of this issue.
Run the following command to verify the disk usage:
df -h shows /dev/md0
Resolution
Complete the following steps to resolve this issue:
Important! Ensure to back up the files before proceeding with this procedure.
- Delete/move files from NetScaler directory. Do not move files from var/proc/flash and /dev directories.
- Delete old files from custom folder in /netscaler/ns_gui/vpns directory.
- Roll back NetScaler to the previous version, remove the custom theme and then upgrade.
Problem Cause
The /dev/md0 is the memory file system. The file system might be full, due to a custom or external ssh script running on NetScaler, or if you have stored files other than in the /var folder.
