Description

This article is to give information on this Alarm, "netScalerLoginFailure", and how to clear it in the Command Center.
This Alarm is derived from a VPX Instance configured on a Netscaler SDX.
The cause of this Alarm was because the "nsroot" Password was changed directly on the Netscaler Instance, instead of creating a new "Admin Profile" in order to change the password.

Instructions

#1.    Go to "Citrix Network",  "Device Inventory", "Devices"
