1. CDF - Citrix Telemetry service

  • Citrix Telemetry service generates CDF Etl files in C:\programdata\Citrix\ProvisioningServices\Log\AOT
  • Restart the Citrix Telemetry service prior to save data from the AOT folder, to ensure all traces have been flushed to the CDF Etl trace file.
  • If previously running other CDF capture tools, ensure all trace providers are available for Citrix telemetry by restarting the Citrix Telemetry service prior before reproduction of the issue.
  • Do not use CDFControl or CDFMonitor for CDF capture, uninstall and remove these from your PVS server.
