Description
In a random way the XenApp Servers get unresponsive and need to force reboot to take it back.
Resolution
Upgrade to VDA 7.8 (which included LC4195).
Problem Cause
- From the shared dump, a deadlock situation between 2 threads is observed. Both the threads exclusively waiting for each other to acquire the resource.
- In both threads , picadm module is trying to access the resource. It looks like a known issue and links to LC4195.
