Getting temporary profiles
Resolution
The policy set for UPM: Delay before deleting cached profiles - Delay :120 seconds.
Because of latency in the environment, the profile would take more than 2 minutes to get deleted. If a user logged in before the profile got deleted, it would cause conflicts which causes such issues.

Problem Cause
The reason for the issue could be the fact that the deletion of profiles takes longer than 2 minutes and sometimes, the users log back on to the desktop before the 2 minute interval, creating a conflict.
